Your concept is quite clear and defined here, and I feel like a lot (especially teenage girls) can really relate to this piece. My main thing is how blurry the girl is, or even how blurry the background is. It feels a little odd for there to be no sharp object in the picture. I wasn't sure if that is what you were going for though. I like the colors in the piece, the lips and shirt contrast perfectly with her hair and eyes. I also like how natural it is. Oh, and if this is you, you are very beautiful. Don't let anyone tell you likewise.
