Deranged.

This image is very striking and original, one can tell just from the thumbnail. I love the complexity of it and the theme is very well captured and portrayed. You get the definite sense that this chick has been locked up with her addiction for a while, fighting a battle even as she teeters on the brink of escape from this dark place she's in.

I think if you had another item or two in the foreground that would very faintly reflect the light source, you'd create a feeling of more depth to the room.
